Privacy Policy
This policy explains what CommunityVault collects, stores, and does not collect.
What data is collected
- Discord server IDs (Guild IDs)
- Discord user IDs (for opt-in emergency alerts)
- Server structure data (roles, channels, categories, permissions, configuration needed for restore)
How it’s stored
Server structure is stored as encrypted JSON files on a VPS located in Brisbane, Australia.
What is NOT collected
- Message content
- Voice data
- Personal member information beyond Discord user IDs
Data retention
Retention depends on your plan (snapshot limits). Older snapshots may be deleted automatically when limits are exceeded.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Where identity verification is required, we may ask for proof of server ownership/administration.
