Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of CommunityVault (“the Service”). By inviting the bot and/or using the website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
CommunityVault provides Discord server structure backups (“snapshots”), member opt-in emergency contact tooling, and recovery workflows to assist server owners in restoring server structure after loss or compromise.
2. User responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to add CommunityVault to a server and to initiate backups/restores. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to violate Discord policies.
3. Data handling
The Service stores server structure data and identifiers needed for operation. Message content and voice data are not collected by the Service (see Privacy Policy for detail).
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans may include automated backups, increased retention, and support prioritization. Pricing and plan entitlements may change over time; material changes will be communicated where possible.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. CommunityVault is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, reputation, or community activity. Restore outcomes may be affected by Discord platform limitations.
6. Discord compliance
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policies when using the Service. CommunityVault does not provide guarantees regarding Discord enforcement actions, bans, or appeal outcomes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, or policy violations. You may stop using the Service by removing the bot and requesting deletion of stored data.
8. Contact
For support or questions, contact the Service operator via the official support channels.
